Gemeinsam-mehr-Tour 2026

In the organizer's words:

After a successful premiere last year, Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) is inviting all interested parties to the second "Gemeinsam-Mehr-Tour" on Saturday, August 29, 2026.

Between 10 am and 3 pm (forest laps are counted from 10 am to 2 pm), the aim is once again to make your way around the Hofgut Oberfeld and set an example for more inclusion. Whether on foot, by bike or in a wheelchair, we look forward to seeing you there.

There are various ways to take part:

• If you want to be sporty on the road, you can take part in the big Merck-Waldrunde: The approximately 10-kilometer route leads across the Oberfeld and through the adjacent forest. All participants will receive a T-shirt and pre-registration is required.
  

• Anyone who wants to take part spontaneously can simply take part in the inclusive Oberfeld loop (3 km) - barrier-free, without registration.

How the fundraising works
All participants and teams set their own donation amount per lap.
All NRD employees pedal with a pre-selected supporter.

What are you cycling for?
The donations collected will directly benefit our NRD services in Darmstadt. These include, for example, our round-the-clock support for 64 people in five residential groups, the inclusive workplaces in the new nursery and in the Werkhaus on the Hofgut Oberfeld estate and social interaction opportunities . Another important component of our services in Darmstadt is the offerings from our Children, Youth and Family division with after-school care, the family support service and the Bunte Haus with a residential group and intensive educational services.
