Gemeinsam stark gegen Depressionen - Aktionstag der MUT-TOUR 2025

Every year, the non-profit organization Mut fördern e.V. organizes the big MUT-TOUR, a Germany-wide tandem tour to raise awareness about and destigmatize mental illness.

On Saturday, June 28, 2025 , HaWeTec Northeim, a workshop for people with mental disabilities, cordially invites all interested parties to set an example for more tolerance and understanding under the motto "Encounter gives courage - together against depression".

- Integrative games - homemade by the employees of the Harz-Weser workshops to break down barriers and promote togetherness.

- Conversations & exchanges - open, honest and respectful.

- Surprise for all players - because every encounter counts!

Special highlight:

At approx.15:30, the Courage Tour arrives at Münsterplatz. This nationwide tandem bike tour actively raises awareness of depression and mental health. Take the opportunity to talk to the cyclists, ask questions and share personal experiences - right in the heart of Northeim.

The day is free, open to everyone and a sign of more courage, tolerance and solidarity.
