In this special cooking course, we experience how sustainable nutrition, food rescue and enjoyment can go hand in hand. Together we will prepare creative dishes from regional and rescued food around the campfire. Each participant will also bring along a regional ingredient that we will integrate into our recipes. In addition to cooking together, you will learn how food rescue and a conscious use of resources can contribute to sustainable nutrition.
