Too sensitive? Too quiet? Too loud? GenZ tells the story itself.
GenZ Don't Cry is an immersive 3D sound theater about the world of people born between 1995 and 2010 - honest, direct, live. Instead of talking about them, they speak for themselves: Young people from the Ruhr region let the audience immerse themselves in their thoughts via headphones. What moves them? What hurts? What is annoying? What remains? The stage becomes a sound space, the theater a playlist. A play about prejudices, insecurities and the right to be heard - for everyone aged 14 and over.

The Ruhrtriennale is the festival of the arts in the Ruhr region - a festival for everyone who longs for tomorrow. Touching experiences of music theater, drama, dance and more are created between machine halls and blast furnaces.
Price information:
Pupils, trainees and students up to the age of 30, people doing federal voluntary service and the unemployed receive a 50% discount - on presentation of proof.
