The program Wiener Gebiss by the Georg Kostron Trio is an audiovisual performance with newly staged works by H.C. Artmann, Georg Kreisler, Ernst Jandl, Christine Nöstlinger, Trude Marzik & Helmut Qualtinger. The provocative humor of these poems flickers through the music and across the screen. Kostron's original pieces complement the well-known lyrical rarities and carry them off into a headlong waltz of pop, punk & poetry. Here you go! Alexandra Huchet, Norman Daßler and Georg Kostron serve up a pulsating melange of giggling abysses, bleeding hearts and fragrant flowers.
Wiener Gebiss shines a spotlight on the experimental language of Viennese post-war poetry and illuminates cracks and fractures that open up the dialectal, the absurd and the loving.

The singer, bassist and satirist Georg Kostron comes from Vienna and has been part of the Berlin art scene since 2012. Norman Daßler is a music producer, guitarist and arranger based in Leipzig. Alexandra Huchet is a video artist from Orléans and is currently active in Berlin. The trio plays at the intersection between concert, cabaret and video performance - with effects and defects, love and noise. There is whispering, rattling and hooting. Words wag their tails. The walls flash. Jawooohl!!!
