Gerderhahn Rockt Vol. III: Internationale Rockmusik trifft Dorfkultur
In the organizer's words:
On Saturday, August 22, 2026, the Gerderhahn Multipurpose Hall will once again become a concert venue: At “Gerderhahn Rockt Vol. III,” the audience can look forward to an evening of live rock music, free admission, and a special highlight—an international headliner from Ireland.
Paroli from Aachen will kick things off with melodic indie pop-rock.
Next up on stage will be the local heroes from Eight Feet Fine. The band from Erkelenz blends alternative rock and pop-punk with catchy melodies, powerful rhythms, and emotional lyrics.
The highlight of the evening will be Kampala from Dublin and Kildare coming to Gerderhahn. The Irish band is known for powerful alternative rock and will bring an international concert atmosphere to the small town.
From a Late-Season Fair to a Rock Festival
“Gerderhahn Rockt!” was launched in 2024 as a collaboration between the St. Hubertus Shooting Club of Gerderhahn and the band Eight Feet Fine.
The idea: to create an alternative to the traditional late-season fair and provide a stage for original rock and indie music. Following a successful launch and a second edition in 2025, the event is now entering its third year.
The festival remains true to its core principle: music should be accessible to everyone. Free admission is offered; instead, the event takes the form of a tip jar concert. Visitors can support the evening with a voluntary donation.
Gerderhahn Rockt Vol. III will take place on August 22, 2026, starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Gerderhahn Multipurpose Hall. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
