Looking into the pots of the monastery kitchen - discovering spring herbs

Living in harmony with creation is a wish for many, but in everyday monastic life it is a basic rule. For the first cooking together in 2026, spring herbs will be the focus of the monastery kitchen. Together we will discover old, sometimes centuries-old recipes that enrich our modern-day menus. After a brief introduction to the historical background, we will cook, chat and of course taste together - a sensual insight into monastic life and its culinary treasures.
