Story theater in German and Korean

Two brothers and a sister set out to find a cure for their father. In the process, they go their separate ways. They have dangerous adventures and in the end their family is bigger than before.

Involved

Thomas Pannek has been a freelance director of photography, screenwriter and director since 2006. He immersed himself in the world of narrative games at the age of 12 and has never really left it since. In 2025 he completed the certificate course Artistic Storytelling - Storytelling in Art and Education at the UDK Berlin. His focus is on exploring the uncanny. Sorbian fairy tales, sagas and legends have fascinated him since childhood, as has the history of his home city of Berlin.

Soogi Kang was born in South Korea, where she studied ceramics, modern theater at the E-Jo-To Theater, singing from South Namdosori and mask dance from North Korea. She has lived as an artist in Berlin since 1986, where she completed her studies in theater pedagogy at the UDK Berlin and was certified as a systemic master coach. Today she works as an actress for theater, film and television, as a narrator and theater pedagogue.

Soogi Kang is a certified professional storyteller and lecturer for the VEE e.V. (Association of Storytellers). She leads the "Free Storytelling" training program of Erzählkunst e.V. and is a member of KISA (Korean International Storyteller's Association). She performs at various national and international storytelling festivals and workshops.
