A binding Gestalt group in Hamburg-Altona over 8 evenings on contact, self-perception, feeling, body, boundaries and personal patterns.

Description:
A new permanent Gestalt group will start in Hamburg-Altona in September.

The group is designed as a binding small group over 8 evenings. Unlike open workshops, a shared process with continuity, trust and depth is created over several sessions.

The focus is on self-perception, contact, feelings, boundaries, relationship patterns and personal development. We work with elements from Gestalt therapy, body awareness, exchange, resonance and experience-oriented exercises.

The group may be suitable if you want to understand yourself better, come into contact with yourself more consciously and not only discuss your own patterns, but also experience and explore them in a protected group setting.

Participation is mandatory for all 8 evenings. It is only possible to join at the beginning of the cycle. If you are unsure, a brief exchange is possible beforehand.
