Vivalis Project presents the most beautiful melodies by Japanese composer Joe Hisaishi from the films of Hayao Miyazaki - specially arranged for piano.

Hisaishi's music is an essential part of Miyazaki's cinematic legacy. Although both work in different art forms, these masters share a similar aesthetic and create worlds full of ideas and images that organically complement each other. Hisaishi's compositions convey the emotion and depth of each scene, lending the great director's animated films the spatial expansiveness and multidimensionality that audiences appreciate so much.
