In the organizer's words:
In gin production, botanicals shape the character of the spirit as early as the distillation process: juniper, herbs, spices, and citrus fruits impart their aromas directly to the alcohol, creating a finely balanced distillate.
However, these flavors can also be specifically enhanced at a later stage: In an “infusion,” additional ingredients are added to the gin to specifically intensify, complement, or reinterpret the flavors. This results in exciting sensory variations between classic recipes and creative flavor enhancements.
In a friendly group setting, you can immerse yourself in the exciting world of infusions with us and experience a true explosion of flavors.
