A woman meets her husband in the queue for an Easyjet flight and dislikes him from the very first moment. But then something happens. With love, professional dreams, family life. But her career goes uphill and her marriage downhill. The story of a completely normal life is told in a crisp, coarse and humorous way, in which the couple lose themselves in traditional gender images and overlook each other's plight. The husband is unable to cope with his wife's success, her independence and the divorce. It comes to a point of no return.

GIRLS & BOYS takes a critical look at the concept of the family father and questions patriarchal and social structures in general: How do we deal with jealousy, anger and loss of control? And is there a connection between masculinity and violence?
