GOD IS AN ASTRONAUT have captivated audiences worldwide with their unmistakable tapestry of sound, both in dynamic live performances and on their studio recordings. In the midst of their relentless touring, the Wicklow trio are now back with a brand new studio album, out September 6, 2024 on Napalm Records! From psychedelic sounds to excellent krautrock, drummer Lloyd Hanney's driving rhythms and collaborations with guest musicians such as Dara O'Brien, Jo Quail and Sean Coleman further enrich the album's soundscape with elements such as sitar, cello, zither, shamanic drums, string psaltery, glockenspiel and tanpura.
