Godewind - Weihnachtskonzert

Once again this year, GODEWIND will be playing at the Ohnsorg Theater for the festive finale of the Christmas tour, filling it with that special warmth that only their Christmas music can radiate.

When GODEWIND comes, so does the Christmas feeling. And so they travel once again with a packed sleigh full of songs, stories and memories of the North German winter landscape. GODEWIND succeed like few others in combining the magic of old traditions with a modern, lively sound.

The journey through the Advent season tells stories in High and Low German: from snow-covered paths, warm parlors, the smell of roasted almonds to the small wonders of the great festival.

Musically, a touching arc unfolds:
From groovy, cheerful titles such as "Wenn es schneit", the lovingly playful "Adventskalender" or the classic "Rudolph", to mystical, warm sounds such as "Winter in't Watt". This is accompanied by traditional Christmas carols, which the audience is cordially invited to sing along to.
