Good Morning Jam

In the organizer's words:

The Good Morning Jam is an open space for contact improvisers who want to start their day dancing. There is no instruction here - just music, space and the opportunity to explore your own movement and get into the game with others.

As there is no introduction, basic experience in Contact Improvisation is a prerequisite for participation.

Dress code: Please wear clothing that covers shoulders, stomach and thighs. As the church can be chilly on cold days, warm dancewear is recommended.
