Mission 30x30 - Together for the oceans!
World Ocean Day at the Greenpeace exhibition in Hamburg
When: Sunday, June 7, 2026 | 11:00-16:00
Where: Hongkongstraße 10, 20457 Hamburg (entrance at the waterfront)
The world's oceans are under increasing threat from plastic pollution, overfishing, the climate crisis and deep-sea mining. On the occasion of International World Ocean DayGreenpeace Hamburg is therefore inviting you to a special day of action to protect the oceans. The program combines environmental education, interactive experiences and strong visual motifs and shows how people in Hamburg can make a concrete commitment to protecting the oceans .
Under the motto "MISSION 30x30 - Together for the oceans!", visitors can expect an interactive program for young and old with exciting hands-on activities, short films and insights into the fascinating world of the deep sea. In addition to the interactive Greenpeace exhibition there are various stations and activities: an escape game about environmental protection and nature conservation, short documentaries about the threat and beauty of the oceans, a walk-on floor banner with a 3D ocean effect and a waste prevention game about plastic pollution. A deep-sea exhibition will provide information about the unique biodiversity of the deep sea and the dangers of raw material extraction.
During the event, the current Greenpeace signature list "Mission 30x30 - Hope for the oceans at last" will be presented.
We look forward to seeing you there!
