In the organizer's words:
Taking its cue from the motto of the famous art gallery in the Palace of the Republic, this tour explores a cultural institution, a film, a painting, and a memorial project that were conceived in the socialist part of the city but were later abandoned. The traces of these suppressed—yet never entirely vanished—visions reveal Berlin’s repressed histories and visions of the future that could once have become reality.
