Guided Tour C: Erträumte Apparate der Stadt
In the organizer's words:
How does a city explore, remember, and shape its own identity? This tour explores urban projects that were once conceived: Germany’s first comprehensive school, a citizens’ forum, a lost historical archive documenting the stories of inter*, trans*, genderqueer, and non-binary people, a hole in the Berlin Wall, and the Monument to Freedom and Unity. Although these projects were not (or have not yet been) realized, they continue to haunt Berlin like ghosts.
The“Dreamed-Up City Structures” tour starts at the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station.Please meet us at our Travel Agency at the start of the event.Information on the exact starting location and directions can be found under“Starting Points.”
