Gut Kerkow x Comedor: Uckermark trifft Mexiko

Sustainability is an important concern for chef Raúl Oliver Arriaga. Regional ingredients for his Mexican cuisine with a European twist are a matter of course in the Comedor restaurant. On July 12, 2025, guests will have the opportunity to discover for themselves where the ingredients come from during a culinary shore excursion. The Comedor is teaming up with Gut Kerkow, a contemporary organic farm near Angermünde that farms in harmony with nature.

Here in the idyllic Uckermark region, a summery farm-to-fire dinner takes place in the evening, for which Raúl Oliver Arriaga creates a special menu with the estate's head chef Kevin Falk Lupp. The various courses are prepared over an open fire using freshly harvested vegetables straight from the field and the farm's own meat. Dining takes place at a long table in the open air. The dishes are served family-style to match. The dinner starts at 6 pm and lasts around three hours. For those interested, the excursion begins at 4 p.m. with a guided tour of the farm and pastures.

Procedure

• 3:45 pm: Arrival at Gut Kerkow
• 16:00: Guided tour of the farm (optional)

• 18:00: Dinner (approx. 3 hours)

Seating at the beautifully decorated table is limited. The menu costs 118 euros per person including drinks. It is possible to travel from Berlin by train to Angermünde station. The regional train RE3 departs every hour from Südkreuz, Hauptbahnhof or Gesundbrunnen. The journey takes approx. 55 minutes. A shuttle to and from Angermünde is available on request, so that the menu price is then 126 euros per person.
