"Häkelhektar" - Häkel-, Strick- & Orgatreffen im RegenbogenCafé
In the organizer's words:
Crocheting for the Climate
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
– every first Wednesday of the month
Häkelhektar is a nonprofit organization.
We collect donations of yarn, which we use to make products that we sell at markets on a donation basis.
With the proceeds, we directly lease areas in need of protection—“hectares”—such as forests and wetlands.
We meet once a month at the Regenbogenfabrik café to knit and crochet together.
In addition to planning our activities, these meetups are simply about enjoying each other’s company and the fun of crafting. You’re also welcome to bring your own creations.
We welcome new members, donations of yarn, and ideas for markets or places to set up a booth. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at: haekelhektar.berlin@gmail.com
