In the organizer's words:

HANNA SIKASA prefers to surround herself with a big band. Three-part choirs, Wurlitzer, guitar, cello, flugelhorn, trumpet, double bass and drums provide the warm, full sound of the band. It sounds like soul pop, with roots in jazz and bridges to R'nB.

Her English-language songs are sometimes poetic miniatures with scope for personal interpretation, sometimes pleas for the freedom to develop as an Afro-German woman in this world or stories about surviving in the music business as an artist with children. The new EP "I CARE TOO MUCH" will be released in 2026.

When HANNA SIKASA is not on stage with her music, she devotes herself to her other passion - working with choirs.
