From the children's room to the legendary Wacken Open Air, from family outings to festival stages, from small clubs to large halls - HEAVYSAURUS play real metal for young and old. Four dinosaurs and a dragon rock the stages with a show that makes children and adults alike stretch their "French fries fork". The new album "METAL" with 15 brand new songs will be released on 30.01.2026. The five green-scaled heroes will then go on a major concert tour with the METAL Tour 2026, with new songs, a new show and tried-and-tested dino power!
What began as an unusual idea - rock & metal for children, with great dino stories, but without compromise - has long since developed into a cultural phenomenon. HEAVYSAURUS prove that real headbanging fun knows no age. Their music is loud, lively and lovingly crafted, with guitar riffs, double bass drums, melodies to sing along to and lyrics to inspire little metalheads. While the kids immerse themselves in the world of rock music, many parents celebrate or rediscover their musical lifestyle at the same time.
After the overwhelming success of the "Pommesgabel Tour" in 2024 and 2025 - over 350 dates! - HEAVYSAURUS are now following up: The band is touring Germany, Austria and Switzerland with their upcoming album "METAL" (release date 30.01.2026) and a new live program.
"METAL" is not a children's album in the classic sense, but a musical adventure with gripping songs full of anthemic choruses, driving riffs, wild solos and lots of fun, as parents know it from their favorite bands - for example Sabaton, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Volbeat. And always with them: humor, attitude and the mission to get children excited about music, not as a product, but as an experience.
Heavysaurus concerts are spectacular: lights, fog, showers of sparks, balloons and confetti, with real live music from professional musicians in dinosaur costumes and a sound that is suitable for children's ears as well as being made for rock fans. At a Heavysaurus concert, the whole family can experience a real rock show, suitable for children and with everything that goes with it. There are also limited meet & greet tickets for the youngest fans, including a photo, autograph and paw shake!
In addition, the band continues to support "Die Arche", an organization for disadvantaged children: 1 euro from every ticket goes to a good cause. 50 cents as a direct donation and 50 cents as support for activities such as concert visits and other special campaigns.
HEAVYSAURUS show how music can unite generations. And when the children's hands shoot into the air during the first song and a loud "Rarrr!" echoes through the hall, it's clear: metal is alive. And for everyone.
For the parents: The concert experience is tailored to children aged 3 to 11, but also entertains their parents, grandparents and siblings, because the whole family gets their money's worth here. The shows take place in the afternoon, at a child-friendly volume and, where possible, with a separate children's area right at the front with the best view for the little ones. And don't worry: the dinosaurs don't bite

Event information
The event takes place open-air. Admission begins at 13:00. The event is unseated (standing room) with free choice of seats. Seat reservations cannot be accepted.
Food and drinks will be available for sale on site.
Please also use public transportation or the parking spaces at the Reichsritterstift.

The event will not take place in the event of severe weather. If no alternative date can be found or the alternative date is not possible for ticket holders, the tickets can be canceled. In principle, however, tickets cannot be canceled.
