Uglymobb and the Phonkids have birthdays to celebrate. And we don't want to do it alone. That's why, with guest TanOne, we've planned a ride from BoomBap (ah yeah) to graffiti rap (choot choot) to trap (scuurrt) on the hot iron of the Stellwerk. It will be hot, it will be fresh, experimental, funny and maybe even serious at times. But one thing's for sure: we're putting our heart and soul into it.

To get to know us a little better in advance, we'd like to briefly introduce ourselves to you:

The Phonkids around Acik, Sora, Cannibal Hector and Beam were formed some time ago in Regensburg, on a fun evening with spaced-out beats and a desire to mull around. Between storytelling and self-irony, we express our love for graffiti with casual rap on the loud bass of Minister Beam's beats. (don't let them come to Hamburg for nothing, only Acik lives there).
