The principle is very simple: basically like a flea market, but with art. Instead of clothes, junk and bric-a-brac, handmade treasures from artists from Leipzig and the surrounding area await you here - paintings, ceramics, jewelry, handicrafts and all kinds of other things. Between sunny spots and shady awnings, you can browse, chat and take home a favorite piece or two - all in the relaxed atmosphere that Heiter bis Wolkig has long been known for in the city.
What you can expect
The Heiter bis Kunstmarkt is not a highly polished gallery evening, but exactly what you could wish for on an afternoon in the west of Leipzig: local artists at their own stands, original pieces to look at and take away, cold drinks at the bar and a garden where you can spend longer than planned.
