In the organizer's words:

Herzzeit offers you a protected space full of authenticity, depth and warmth.

In a small group, we immerse ourselves in connection, emotional exchange and gentle introspection, accompanied by everyday impulses from psychology & coaching, meditations and open conversations at eye level.

We combine the power of different approaches to lovingly accompany you on your path:

- Mindfulness & gentle yoga
- Psychological input & coaching impulses
- Reflection exercises & meditations
- Sharing in small, trusting groups

Each meeting is dedicated to a new topic: body acceptance, working with the inner child, setting boundaries, mindfulness and self-care in everyday life. We also focus on the wishes of the participants and leave room for what is needed at the time.

The dates can be booked individually - depending on what appeals to you. The respective topics will be announced in good time on the website and on Instagram (@leichtigkeit.im.leben and @from_siva_with_love).
