In their film, Beatrice Minger and Christoph Schaub tell an unheard-of story of female creativity and male pride.

E1027 - Eileen Gray and the House by the Sea tells the story of an architectural masterpiece and its creator. Eileen Gray built a refuge - but star architect Le Corbusier appropriated it for himself. The film takes a feminist look at power, expression and the struggle for visibility.

The subsequent discussion will focus on why the house remains a symbol of the struggle for artistic self-determination and gender roles in architecture to this day.
