On June 18, 2026, the Oberhafenquartier in Hamburg will once again become the central meeting place for pioneers, founders, companies and representatives from society, politics and science: The Hamburg Innovation Summit (HHIS) will once again bring together the most important players from the metropolitan region in 2026 - for exchange, networking and practical solutions for the future.

On more than 1,800 square meters of expo space and at least five stages, the focus will be on innovative, market-ready developments, new business models and socio-political and economic issues of the future on key topics such as Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Crafts 4.0, Advanced Material, Social & Impact Innovation, Novel Food & Beverage, Mobility & Urban Development, Climate & Energy, Entrepreneurship, Health & Lifestyle and Talent & Education.

Hamburg as an innovation hub: networking the future, shaping innovation

The HHIS sees itself as an open platform for all those interested in innovation who want to actively shape the future. It brings together companies, start-ups, investors and socio-political decision-makers and innovation stakeholders. The aim is to open up new ways of tackling local challenges and driving positive global change through practical solutions and impulses, networking and collaboration as well as the opportunity to help shape the future. With the summit, Hamburg is underlining its role as an innovation hub with international appeal and combining visions with concrete practical benefits.

Admission is once again free of charge in order to make the interdisciplinary exchange accessible to a broad audience. However, prior registration via the official event website www.hamburg-innovation-summit.deis required and will be possible soon.
