On the last Monday of every month, the Museum of Communication will be presenting a selected film on the occasion of the current exhibition Streit! An Approach together with the Arthouse Cinemas. Always guaranteed to be controversial.

Humanoid robots are the new living beings on our planet. They work at reception, in shopping malls or as chefs. And they already have relationships with humans. With an A.I., you have to keep your sentences short and to the point, robot developer Matt tells his customer Chuck when he picks up his new robot partner Harmony at the factory and the two of them set off on a road trip through the USA. The sex robot Harmony, it turns out at second glance, likes books and can quote Ray Kurzweil off the cuff. On the other side of the world, in Tokyo, Grandma Sakurai receives the cute robot Pepper as a gift from her son. So that I don't get calcified, says the old lady self-deprecatingly. But Pepper turns out to be a rascal who has little interest in Grandma's topics of conversation. While Harmony and Chuck search for love and Pepper and Granny kill time, the question increasingly arises: How will we live together with artificial intelligence?
