From the streets of the Scottish capital Edinburgh to the sold-out stages of Europe and the USA - the story of the rock trio High Fade, consisting of Harry Valentino (vocals and guitar), Oliver Sentance (bass) and Heath Campbell (drums), reads a bit like a fairy tale. In 2018, founding members Valentino, Sentance and Davidson joined forces to give their shared love of funk-influenced rock songs the outlet to match. High Fade was born - and quickly attracted international attention as a major Scottish export. With songs such as "Sharpen Up" or "Burnt Toast & Coffee", the trio introduced their strikingly danceable, groovy rock sound for the first time and have since masterfully demonstrated how harmoniously the genres of rock, disco and funk can harmonize with each other. The whole thing is reminiscent of Motown and soul artists such as Barry White as well as classic rock bands like KISS. Right from the start, the tracks encourage you to dance and sing along - High Fade's art is therefore inherently suitable for live performances.
