What can you expect? A get-together and creative 4-course meal with local food producers - eat smart!

We'll learn about the people, products and solutions from the region. We discuss, listen and ask questions. In between, we'll take two culinary breaks and enjoy the food together. The event will be hosted by journalist Dorothea Heintze and will also feature NDR chef and Hobenköök chef Thomas Sampl.

About the producers:

arteFakt brings you olive oil that not only tastes of sunshine, but also of real community. They have been working with small family businesses in southern Europe for years - fairly, transparently and with a great deal of passion for the craft. Their extra virgin olive oils have real character: single-variety, carefully processed and with an olive oil passport that shows what's inside and where it comes from. At the same time, they are building a cooperative where customers not only buy, but also help to shape it. And their olive oil collection days? The press calls them "cult" because thousands of people flock to Wilstedt every year. Tonight, arteFakt will tell you how it all works and why so many people are so enthusiastic about it - at the Hobenschnack table.
