What can you expect? A get-together and creative 4-course meal with local food producers - eat smart!

We'll learn about the people, products and solutions from the region. We discuss, listen and ask questions. In between, we'll take two culinary breaks and enjoy the food together. The event will be hosted by journalist Dorothea Heintze and will also feature NDR chef and Hobenköök chef Thomas Sampl.

About the producers:

Real beer from St. Pauli, from Hamburg for Hamburg! The brewing team's ideas for new types of beer are as colorful as Überquell's look (I wonder if anyone used to be a surfer there?). With a microbrewery that people can walk through and experience the beer-making process, a restaurant and a larger brewery for bottled beers, the company has developed into a real brand. As pioneers of individual gastronomy, Axel Ohm and Patrick Rüther are an exciting duo who will conjure up deep insights into beer and not quite straightforward, but all the more fantastic ways of life!
