For centuries, a witch has terrorized the people of County Cork, Ireland, chaining her victims and dragging them through the underworld, where they were devoured by lost souls. But now, so the story goes, this cruel creature has finally been captured, as Ohm (Adam Scott) is told—specifically in the honeymoon suite of the small hotel where the American author has unsuspectingly taken a room. He dismisses the legends and warnings condescendingly as humbug—until one night, the door to the forbidden suite opens. 

Gloomy folk horror meets a classic haunted house story, brought to life in a spine-chilling way by Damian McCarthy. With nerve-wracking suspense, quirky characters, and precisely timed shock moments, the director from the Emerald Isle proves that his previous works, CAVEAT and ODDITY—both celebrated at the Fantasy Filmfest—were no flukes. It doesn’t get much more spine-tingling than this.
