With their open nature and the encouraging messages in their music, Hollow Coves manage to instantly captivate their fans. In no time at all, the Australian band has managed to become the indie folk voice.

Matt Carins and Ryan Henderson live on Australia's Gold Coast and have developed their very own view of paradise over the years. The two musicians are equal parts songwriters and singers and alternate in their roles. They recorded some of their most successful songs in the garage of a mutual friend. After their first successes, the two quickly realized that they wanted to devote themselves entirely to music from then on and gave up their jobs at the time. A complete success, as it turns out in retrospect! They now have almost half a billion streams worldwide and almost a million followers on social media. Their debut album "Moments", released in 2018, invites listeners on an acoustic journey through their world. As a classically trained pianist, Ryan's keen sense of detail complements Matt's laid-back surfer approach. The wonderful yet contrasting pairing of two personalities allows them to turn complex thoughts into poetry.

During the pandemic, the band retreated to a house on the Gold Coast of Australia to build the foundation of their EP "Blessings". This is about life lessons and hope in bad times. Listeners who were looking for guidance and lightness during this time were able to find it in the EP. The vulnerable stories and messages they convey were rewarded by fans with countless streams. The band continues to be fueled by the energy of their audience, their down-to-earth lifestyle and their signature sound that authentically reflects their mindset.

The duo are currently working on new music and have collaborated with Australian singer-songwriter Matt Corby, among others. The songs "Harder To Fake It" and "Letting Go" were recently released and set a hopeful mood for what is yet to come musically. In spring 2024, Hollow Coves will embark on a major "Nothing to Lose Tour" and will also play six concerts in Germany as part of the tour.
