In the home barista "basic course", all the basic contents of espresso preparation are taught. The course includes:

1. Coffee theory: This part of the course focuses on the cultivation, origin and processing of coffee and the sensory aspects of the coffee plant.
2. Machine technology: To be able to prepare a good espresso, you need to know exactly what equipment you are using.

If you understand the variables, you can make the right adjustments.

1. Espresso preparation: As with baking, there are also recipes for making coffee. We will develop and use these together. The key to a delicious espresso lies in this and in working properly
2. Milk frothing: Of course, espresso also includes cappuccino :) How to get the milk into the right shape and the basics of "LatteArt" are taught here.

In small groups, we work intensively on the techniques of each individual. The aim is for each participant to be able to apply what they have learned at home at the end of the day!
