If Friederike Teichert knew how life works, she wouldn't be sitting on stage. For her, songwriting is not an answer to the big questions, but a form of searching. With a fine feel for language, humor and melancholy, the Thuringian musician sings about what happens between the lines. From time to time, she invites colleagues from near and far to join her for a special concert evening - approachable, honest and full of little surprises.

Singer-songwriter Claudia Fink, who is still known to many under her former stage name Lucid, transforms personal experiences into musical miniatures of universal power. Her songs - in both German and English - are "poetry in words and sound that [...] radiate a special fascination"(Neue Presse). With her "graceful, crystalline voice"(FAZ) and virtuoso guitar and piano parts, she creates soundscapes between folk, jazz and pop - poetic, light and touching.

Doc Fritz alias Tim Liebert is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and passionate folk musician. Whether forest zither, mandolin or guitar - his music combines Thuringian tradition, Irish folk and American influences to create an unmistakable sound full of warmth and craftsmanship.

The result is a concert evening that combines three independent voices, three musical styles and many facets of feeling, sound and poetry - for listening, laughing, reflecting and marveling.
