The Hotfoot Run is an obstacle run in Bad Hönningen on the Rhine and is one of the established obstacle runs in Germany. The event takes place on 11.10.2026 and is aimed at sports enthusiasts, groups and companies.

Participants can expect varied routes with mud obstacles, climbing elements and water passages. Different distances offer both beginners and experienced participants a suitable challenge.

The Hotfoot Run in Bad Hönningen combines sporting activity with a nature experience in the Rhine region and a strong community focus.

The most colorful and fun XXL obstacle course celebrates its premiere in Bad Hönningen on 11.10.2026!🏃🏾‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️🎉🥳 In addition to the classic HOT-9, HOT-13 and HOT-26 distances, there will also be a 🔥 Family Edition 🔥. Here, children aged 12 to 15 can run the HOT-7 distance exclusively together with an adult companion. All other runners can choose from the classic distances.
