An interview film that questions the role of museums in post- & neo-colonialism has been created in intensive collaboration with Black people from NRW. It deals with the necessity of spaces for Black people, the handling of looted art and critically questions the self-reflection of exhibition venues. The film thus opens up a Black perspective on topics such as restitution, museum archives, source communities and allyship and includes contributions from experts such as Tensae Wale Desta, Cate Lartey, Nando Nkrumah and the filmmakers. These diverse voices from different professional fields provide an important insight into current discourses on the topic.
