HRL Journal Club @ÆKA (Evening Edition)

​Activate your Saturday with stillness and community.

​Journal Club Berlin goes IRL again. An intimate evening of attunement, untangling and (Ex-)Change @ÆKA in Kreuzberg.

​This month's theme: Your Role in Community

​As we are springing towards summer, we leave our safe haven more frequently to be with others. We are awkward, we are composed, we open up, we express, we become loud, we seek rest. This month we ask: What is your role in community? How do you show up and how do you give back?

​What to expect: One hour of guided reflection: meditation to arrive, journaling prompts to explore, and small pairings to share (and listen). No experience needed, just bring yourself.

​After the session: Stay for wine and dinner in community. Connect with fellow journalers over food and conversation. ÆKA opens up for everyone; your chance to go deeper with the people you just sat with.

​Details:
18:00–19:00 — Journal Club (ticket required)
19:00 onwards — Community Wine + Food, all welcome

​Space is limited to keep it intimate.
