36 students from the Thomas Mann Gymnasium are taking the helm at the Humboldt Forum together with The Farm - and transforming the large hall into a lively, communal feast: conceived by young minds and open to all.
At the heart of the Social Muscle Club are two radically simple questions:
What can you give?
What do you need?
These questions give rise to a playful format at small, intimate tables spread around the room. Accompanied by the students, visitors come together, share food, stories, skills and surprising offers - and experience how generosity is passed on from person to person. Throughout the evening, short artistic moments permeate the space: music, movement and spontaneous interventions. Finally, the evening opens up into a festive party for all those who wish to stay and continue the exchange.
Experience the Humboldt Forum as a forum, a feast and a party.
Conceived by Jill Emerson and Till Rothmund, Social Muscle Club was created in collaboration with Berlin artists.
