Under the motto "All Beethoven!", star pianist Igor Levit dedicates himself to the complete performance of all 32 piano sonatas by Ludwig van Beethoven, thus honoring him on the 200th anniversary of his death on 26 March 2027. With incomparable intensity and artistic depth, Levit has been shaping the interpretation of this cycle for years, delighting audiences and critics alike. "For me, Beethoven is everything," says Igor Levit. "For me, these sonatas are a compendium of everything we humans are emotionally capable of."
