A summer's day in Berlin. 21-year-old Deniz (Serpil Turhan) is constantly on the move, determined and searching at the same time, by subway, suburban train, cab or on foot. The exposed routes through the city - Südliche Friedrichstadt, Wannsee, Bahnhof Zoo, Tiergarten - give this final part of the Berlin trilogy a rhythm all of its own. Deniz breaks up with her boyfriend, meets her mother and sister and gets to know a young man along the way. Thinking about love
love accompanies her. In the dubbing studio, she voices Rohmer's film Conte d'été; at a casting, she recounts a scene from À nos amours by Pialat in a sober and intense manner; in a conversation with a scientist, she discusses the cultural history of love. It is not only these different ways of speaking and references that make the film, shot with natural light and original sound, a space for reflection.
