On behalf of the German government, youth officer Stefan Kaiser informs young people and interested parties about current challenges in the field of security policy. In a short keynote speech, he will provide information on the topic of the "New military service from 2026". This will be followed by an opportunity for constructive debate and critical discussion of the topic.

Since 1958, youth officers have been enriching the exchange on security policy issues, answering questions from the public with their specialist knowledge and thus making an important contribution to political education.
