Hey, I’m Markus—teacher, sports scientist, martial arts enthusiast, and coach. I know that feeling when your mind just won’t shut off after long workdays or the stress of college. That’s exactly what this session is for. We’ll sweat together and “fight” our way out of stress.

Schedule:

  • 5 min. – Introduction to stress management
  • 5 min. – Group warm-up
  • 25 min. – Bodyweight workout. You set the pace. I lead the exercises.
  • 5 min. – Cool-down
  • 5 min. – Reflection

Whether you’re 18 or 80, a beginner or an athlete—you go as far as you want. I’ll tailor the exercises to your individual needs. Everyone works on their own, yet we’re all working together toward the same goal—breaking a sweat, having fun, and relieving stress.
