In the organizer's words:
SME Innovation Day 2026
How do innovations in SMEs come about - and how do they find their way into practice? The SME Innovation Day of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) on June 11, 2026 in Berlin will focus on precisely these questions.
With an expanded program of expert presentations, project presentations and discussion formats, the 2026 event will focus more strongly on concrete innovation practice.
Around 300 exhibitors will present current developments from funded research and development projects at the open-air site in Berlin-Pankow. Digital applications, energy- and resource-efficient technologies as well as new materials and industrial processes will be on display. The exhibition will be complemented by a stage program on topics such as innovation, competitiveness and technology transfer.
