The medicine of the future is being created in Düsseldorf - every day. We present innovative start-up projects from the medical sector and show what offers and opportunities for cooperation are available at the location.

Medicine has a special significance for the life of every human being and, as a future market, offers many opportunities for innovative products, services and start-ups through permanent research and change.

Düsseldorf in particular has great start-up potential in the field of medicine and an excellent infrastructure to make effective use of it. At the center is the University Hospital Düsseldorf, one of the most important medical institutions in NRW with cutting-edge research in numerous specialist areas. With Startup4MED, university medicine has a central point of contact that specifically promotes the transfer of research and clinical routine into utilization and application.

Düsseldorf is also home to the office of the Medizin.NRW cluster, a central competence platform that supports players from companies, universities, clinics, research institutions and networks in the field of innovative medicine in NRW.

After a brief introduction by the two hosts, (start-up) projects from the University Medical Center Düsseldorf will present themselves and demonstrate the great potential of medical start-ups. Investors and corporates can network directly with those involved in medicine.
