Interaktion, Partizipation und Gemeinschaftsgefühl im digitalen Stuhlkreis

In the organizer's words:

Advanced workshop for people with initial knowledge/experience of online events

Webinars and digital events are now commonplace. Even if Corona no longer requires it, we will continue to meet online and be grateful for every event where there is "real" exchange, human closeness and a portion of fun! This interactive workshop series with two trainers from the field offers you the chance to get fit. All workshops can also be taken individually.

Once you have mastered your first steps in the world of digital seminars and events and have designed or prepared your first online events, this workshop will prepare you for the next level.

Methodological and technical aspects are largely left out of the workshop. It's all about the atmosphere! In the digital chair circle and the group. We will look at what it means to be an online host and to create a "space" even though not everyone is in the same place. The focus will be on the needs and working principles of your participants: Fun, trust, participation, community, safety, interaction, closeness, appreciation. How can we as hosts, seminar leaders or facilitators design and implement these?

We will look at various aspects of your event, from the announcement to the documentation. We will also look at what makes you and your events special and how you can do justice to this. The whole thing will involve a lot of practical participation by the participants and peer-to-peer exchange. The whole thing will be garnished with tips, tricks and experiences from our digital education and moderation practice.
