Outdoors, animal food is often the only way to obtain the significant amounts of fats and proteins that we urgently need for long-term survival. Many small animals can simply be collected, others have to be tricked with traps or by hunting. Fish in particular are a rewarding prey when traveling and in emergencies. In this lecture, you will learn how to obtain, prepare and preserve animal food.
