INTERFILM 41: Animation Rendezvous Berlin #7 - Exploring the ultra short animation with Shcha7sec
In the organizer's words:
Blink once and you might miss it! Nearly 120 ultra-short films, all under seven seconds, transform the screen into a wild mix of ideas, animation and visual surprises. The films themselves will also be created at breakneck speed: the open call started in September, with a deadline of 19 October. Curated by Nadezhda Svirskaia and hosted by FAB (Festival of Animation Berlin), the mini-masterpieces will be shown on screen, celebrated and accompanied by film-scholarly reflections.
The list of participants for the new edition will be available on the Shcha7sec website via this QR code starting from October 27, 2025.
