Program

11 am - 1 pm Family workshop Small and large interfaces
The artist Ulrike Müller explores the boundaries of painting and finds an exciting field for experimentation in various printing techniques. In the art workshop, colors and shapes are printed in several layers on top of each other and their effects are examined. Different materials and methods of applying paint and printing are available to create a painterly-graphic composition with many small and large interfaces.

Registration for the family workshop is required by Friday, May 17, 12 noon.

12 noon public guided tour
on the history and architecture of the Ludwig Forum

1 - 3 p.m. Family workshop Ooooooooooo ... I Know, how you must feel!
Roy Lichtenstein's painting "I know how you must feel, Brad..." meets the exhibition by poet, artist and actress Katalin Ladik. In contrast to stereotypical representations in pop art, Ladik's performances explore femininity and identity by using her body as material and avoiding the idealization of beauty. In the workshop, her own portrait photo will be humorously alienated, typified in a collage and set to music.

Registration for the family workshop is required by Friday, May 17, 12 noon.

3 p.m. public guided tour
to the exhibition Ulrike Müller. Monument To My Paper Body

4 p.m. P2P guided tour: By young people for young people
to the exhibition Ulrike Müller. Monument To My Paper Body
In this guided tour, young people meet at eye level: interested young people are guided through the exhibition by knowledgeable peers.

With the start of spring, the park and inner courtyard of the Ludwig Forum can be used for a picnic.
