Intro zu Radikale Ehrlichkeit

Noch niemand hat sich das Event gemerkt.

In the organizer's words:

Relationships fail because of what you don't say.

• Desires for closeness or distance

• Hidden expectations and intentions

• Unspoken boundaries

• Suppressed anger and grief

How you’ll learn in practice:
You’ll learn through direct experience of connection and honesty.
Real-time relationship management instead of just talking about relationships.

You’ll also learn:

  • to recognize the source of your fear and your beliefs
  • how to build trust and connection without conforming or trying too hard
  • why lying, hiding things, and conforming make you dependent—and how to stop doing them
  • how to find courage within your body, rather than forcing yourself to overcome your fears
  • how to sense your boundaries, say “no” clearly, and have a greater impact in your relationships

This workshop is for you if

  • you hold back your desire for closeness or distance
  • you try to please others and find it exhausting
  • you avoid conflicts and feel tense around certain people
  • you believe you have to control what others think and feel
  • you feel insecure when flirting or in relationships and try to just “get by”
  • Your anger manifests as withdrawal, fatigue, fantasies of breaking up, or giving up internally

In the words of our participants

Patrick Räuber, yoga teacher from Munich

I avoided my brother for 21 years. I had nightmarish fantasies about running into him and went out of my way to avoid certain places so I wouldn’t run into him. After taking a course, I just called him. Now we’re talking again, and we even attended my parents’ golden wedding anniversary together.

I used to find it hard to even talk to my father on the phone for five minutes, but now we go on vacation together, and I was home for four days over Christmas.

Otherwise, I used to expect others to guess what I wanted and was often secretly angry and disappointed. Since taking the “Radical Honesty” course, I’ve gained the confidence to simply ask for what I want.

Thanks, Chris!

Karen Koppitz

“I’ve changed the way I speak, and I’m reaping such huge benefits from it! I’m more aware of what I want and listen to my needs. I feel more. Hugs feel different.”

Nicole Winter, psychotherapist from Schwabach

“Something just clicked for me. I can express my needs better and am no longer afraid of hurting others by doing so. Even when my body gets nervous—I know I can do it!”

Lars Jacobs, Berlin (and I’d be honored if you quoted me)

“I always used to think of others first, then myself. I put pressure on myself to please everyone. A typical ‘yes-man.’

Now I tune into myself when I speak. I’ve rediscovered my lightness. And saying ‘no’ does me good.”

“The course with Selina and Christoph was one of the most intense and insightful experiences I’ve ever had. It showed me that every bit of anger, every fear, every unpleasant feeling can pass if I allow myself to feel it.”

Uli Jung, architect from Schönsee

“I’m surprised myself by my courage to be myself. I’ve also experienced how fruitful intense conflicts can be for a relationship.”

Raffael Krikkel, musician from Munich

“I’ve learned a lot about body awareness. Now I want to confront things much more. Direct experience instead of my fantasies.”
